This policy explains how Tilt Bloom collects and uses your personal information when you use our website, take our menopause quiz, or reserve a founding-member place. Please read it alongside our Cookie Policy.
1. Who we are
Tilt Bloom is a trading name of My Healthcare Recruit Ltd (company number 10548221), of Oakhurst House, Oakhurst Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear, NE12 9NY, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). My Healthcare Recruit Ltd is the “data controller” responsible for your personal information. 2. The information we collect
Information you give us: your first name and email address; your answers to our menopause symptom quiz (which include information about your health — see section 3); your consent choices; and, if you reserve a founding place, your deposit/payment details (handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number).
Information we collect automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view and how you interact with them, collected through cookies and similar technologies (including analytics tools and the Meta/Facebook advertising pixel). See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. Your health information (special category data)
Your quiz answers tell us about your symptoms and wellbeing, which is “special category” health data under UK GDPR. We only process it with your explicit consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you see your results. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@myhealthcarerecruit.com; withdrawing consent won’t affect processing we already carried out lawfully.

5. Who we share your information with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as needed:
- Supabase — secure database hosting (your data is stored in the United Kingdom).
- Stripe — processes your founding-member deposit and any refund.
- [Your email provider, e.g. Mailchimp / Resend] — sends your results and our emails.
- Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — delivers and measures our ads via the Meta pixel, where you have consented.
- Google Analytics — measures website and funnel performance.
- Our website hosting platform (Lovable) and our professional advisers, where necessary.
- Authorities or third parties where we’re required to by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers are based outside the UK (for example, in the United States). Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by appropriate safeguards — such as UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum) or an adequacy/Data Privacy Framework mechanism.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only for as long as we need it. As a guide: quiz and lead data for 24 months from your last interaction (or until you ask us to delete it, or you become a member); email marketing data until you unsubscribe; and deposit/transaction records for 6 years to meet accounting and tax rules. [Adjust these periods if you prefer.]
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or deleted; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@myhealthcarerecruit.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk), though we’d appreciate the chance to help first.
9. How we protect your information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls and reputable providers — to keep your information secure. No online service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously and review our safeguards regularly.
10. Children
Tilt Bloom is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
